Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the branch’s sales targets and enhance profitability.
- Lead generation and business growth by converting the organization's leads for business.
- Visit potential customers for new business and grow existing and developing new accounts.
- Maintain an accurate database with target, current, and future customers.
- Meet monthly business targets through effective sales strategies and client interactions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to foster a positive work environment and ensure target delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
