Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer follow-up and the ability to handle queries effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with cold calling and initiating contact with potential customers to promote products and services.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain positive client interactions.
- Experience providing sales support including but not limited to quotation preparation and sales order processing.
- Deep product knowledge to guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Efficient in order processing including accurate capturing of customer orders and timely coordination with relevant departments.
- Competent negotiation skills to ensure mutual benefits between the company and its customers while finalizing deals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist in sales support activities, including preparation of quotations and processing of customer orders.
- Engage in cold calling to identify potential customers and introduce them to the company's product offerings.
- Implement effective customer follow-up strategies to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver efficient solutions.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure sales and foster long-term business relationships.
