Support all access (Contractor Access badges, visitor badges etc) related transaction including but 	 not limited to addition, deletion, or update records in CRMS/DRMS for IBM direct suppliers. 	  	 Based on request, reconcile the badges, assets and keys assigned to Supplier Personnel. 	  	 Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms. Coordinates setup of 	 conference/meetings rooms. Arranges for and reserves projectors and other meeting equipment, 	 ensuring equipment is in good operating condition. It needs to be under NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) as the information accessible is IBM Confidential and competitive.At a high level the person will be formatting and polishing the PowerPoint, Word, and other document formats for standardization and to make it visually appealing for the clients; the person will also suggest better UI/Visual designs for websites/microsites and be able to create and edit short videos; more details in JD below. We are looking for a Transport Administrator to be a part transport. You will be responsible for assisting the Transportation Manager with all day-to-day transportation activities. Helping develop efficient transport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part of your job role. Besides, you should be able to prepare transportation schedules and assign drivers.You will be liaising with clients to understand their requirements and accordingly advise them on the vehicle type and freight charges. Coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring timely and safe delivery are also your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing shipping documents, reports, and maintaining logbook entries.
