Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Press Operator with expertise in operating power press and pneumatic press machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sheet metal press tools, machine setup, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press machines, including power press and pneumatic press machines efficiently.
• Set up dies on press machines as per production requirements.
• Conduct production, inspection, and packaging while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adjust and repair the press machine as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform sheet punching, bending, hole punching, shearing, channel slotting, pipe punching, angle punching, plate cutting, pipe slotting, rod cutting, and bending.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings for accurate execution of tasks.
• Use measuring instruments to verify precision and maintain product quality.
• Work with sheet metal press tools to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Power Press Machine Operator and Die Setter.
• Strong knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication and press operations.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools for quality checks.
• Must be from a nearby location or willing to relocate to Kosamba, Gujarat.
