Job Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Teamcenter Administrator to join our team in Chennai for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 3 years of work experience and a strong skill set in Teamcenter administration, specifically in system installation, configuration, and user management. This position requires a proactive individual who is adept at monitoring system performance and providing critical user support to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in system installation and configuration to set up and maintain Teamcenter environments efficiently.
- Experience in user and access management, ensuring secure and appropriate access to system resources for all users.
- Familiarity with BMIDE configuration to customize and align Teamcenter functionalities with business requirements.
- Competency in workflow management to optimize business process automation and efficiency within Teamcenter.
- Aptitude in system monitoring and performance tuning to ensure optimal system operation and responsiveness.
- Problem-solving skills for issue resolution and providing user support to maintain high levels of user satisfaction.
- Advanced understanding of Teamcenter administration to manage day-to-day technical and operational aspects effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical information clearly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation and configuration of Teamcenter systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions to maintain a secure and efficient operating environment.
- Configure BMIDE to align system functionalities with evolving business processes and requirements.
- Administer workflow processes within Teamcenter to streamline business operations and enhance productivity.
- Monitor system performance regularly, implementing performance tuning methods as needed for optimization.
- Provide timely resolution to technical issues and support users to ensure minimum disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to execute system upgrades and expansions seamlessly.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configuration and standard operating procedures.
