Presales Executive is responsible for delivering high quality customer services and responsible to handle enquiries and convert the Leads to Site Visit.
Responsibilities:
l To attend to all customers enquiries(Inbound and Outbound) and provide project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.
l Outbound - Analyse the customer requirements even before initiating the conversation.
l Qualify and update all the leads appropriately in Salesforce with required information.
l To execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided.
l Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport, send project details via email, WhatsApp & for review/feedback.
l To probe & share maximum client information with the Sales Manager ensuring successful site visit & conversion.
l Update product knowledge in coordination with site offices on the project progress.
l Understanding of the Real Estate industry & the current competition.
l Achieve set targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
