Roles & Responsibilities


  1. Customer centric
  2. Handling 1st level escalations
  3. Managing collections & documentations
  4. Sending payment reminders by monitoring the due age.
  5. Handling audit compliance.
  6. Payments follow ups & achieving the given targets.
  7. Preparation of collection report/projection report.
  8. Communications to customers on agreements, demands. registrations etc.
  9. Coordinating with bank for payments & documentations.
  10. Serving the customers and resolving the queries within TAT.
  11. Handling registration process.
