Business Analyst - Reporting to CMD

Job Purpose :

A Business Analyst to the CMD is responsible for working on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring a high degree of judgement, tact, creativity and initiative to resolve problems. The role is required to provide high-level, confidential and efficient services to the CMD. As Business Analyst to the CMD, you will take active interest in the success of the company.

The position requires working closely with the CMD to achieve strategic business objectives in the process of setting up multiple lines of businesses.

Job Description :

- As a highly skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information flowing in and out of the CMD’s office, correspondence and presentations for the CMD, and other executive support as needed.

- Collecting data from different departments like Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Legal, Procurement, Finance and others, Analysis of the data based on pattern, or set standard to find the deviation in timeline or other aspects of the work.

- Generate and place the report of the finding to CMD in consolidated or any other manner as decided within the periodicity fixed.

- Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the CMD.

- You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items

- You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery.

- Monitor tasks delegated by CMD & ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines. Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise.

- Transmission of data from CMD Centre to other departments like Sales and Marketing, Operations, Legal, Procurement, Finance and others to implement the further direction and follow up action on the same. 

Key Skills:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

- High Integrity, Data Management

- Excellent written & oral communication and Analytical skills.

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgement and analysis

- Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers
