OB SUMMARY:

We are currently looking out for a Sr. Client Servicing and Operations specialist resource who will be mainly responsible managing existing clients portfolio and new business acquisition.

REPORTING: BU Head

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· To acquire new clients (any sector) & service existing clients.

· Candidate experienced in managing requirements for IT/ FMCG/Auto/ BFSI/ Engineering clients would be a plus.

· Ideate based on the clients' brief on how the event can be best designed to meet the clients' objective

· Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

· Be the point of contact to the client at any level in the event management process from the initial meeting to the execution of the event.

· Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

· Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery

Skills, Requirement & Qualifications  

· Education Qualification:- Minimum Graduate 

· Experience:- Minimum 15+ years in the events industry 

· Team Leader:- Should have managed a team of minimum 4 – 5 people 

· Should have excellent communication & presentation skills 

· Readiness to accept targets & must have a drive to deliver the same
