Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager (with PMS Experience)

Location: Bangalore

Department: Human Resources

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience in Performance Management Systems (PMS) to lead end-to-end hiring and support organizational talent development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a high-quality talent pipeline, enhancing the employer brand, driving recruitment efficiencies, and supporting PMS processes including goal setting, competency mapping, performance evaluations, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition

  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for mid to senior-level positions across departments.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Design and implement sourcing plans using job portals, LinkedIn, networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure role and culture fit.
  • Manage selection processes including assessments, case studies, and competency-based interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing mix, etc.).
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.


Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Support the design, implementation, and execution of the company’s PMS framework.
  • Drive the annual and mid-year performance review cycles, ensuring timely completion.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal-setting, KPI creation, and competency mapping.
  • Train employees on PMS tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to analyze performance results and identify development needs.
  • Support calibration discussions and talent review processes.
  • Work with leadership to align PMS outcomes with compensation, promotion, and development plans.


HR Projects & Process Improvements

  • Support strategic HR initiatives such as capability building, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Optimize recruitment and PMS processes through automation, tools, and best practices.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, PMS dashboards, and HR audit compliance.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment strategies.
  • Hands-on experience managing PMS cycles, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and reports.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of competency frameworks and goal-setting methodologies (OKRs/KRAs/KPIs).


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years of PMS handling experience.
  • Experience hiring for corporate, sales, technical, or cross-functional roles is an advantage.
