Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Solar Sales professional to join our dynamic team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in Nagpur. This is a full-time position requiring an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in the solar sales industry. The candidate will focus on generating leads, conducting project sales, and providing effective solar solutions to meet our clients' needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive solar sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients in the solar energy sector and successfully convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and identify emerging trends in the solar energy market.
- Liaise with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate proposal and project execution.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our solar solutions.
- Maintain and update sales records and reports to track performance and meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote solar solutions and participate in industry events and exhibitions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, resolving queries, and providing exceptional after-sales support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and generate leads in the solar energy market through strategic initiatives.
- Solar Project Sales (Mandatory skill): Experience in selling solar projects, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored solutions to meet sales targets.
- Solution Selling (Mandatory skill): Expertise in solution-based selling by customizing solar solutions according to the unique needs of clients.
- Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders and clients.
- Solar Energy: In-depth knowledge of solar energy technologies and the latest trends in the renewable energy sector.
- Product Demonstration: Skilled in demonstrating solar products to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features effectively.
- Project Sales: Adept at managing the sales process for solar projects from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC): Understanding of the EPC processes to ensure seamless integration of solar solutions into existing infrastructures.
