Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Solar Sales professional to join our team in Pune. As part of the full-time position, you will focus on driving sales and expanding the solar segment by leveraging lead generation and project sales expertise. This role encompasses executing solution selling to meet the diverse needs of our clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through strategic marketing initiatives and client engagement activities.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers and emerging business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals within the solar sector.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solar solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solar projects.
  • Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and potential growth opportunities to management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and expertise in nurturing potential customers through the sales process. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated success in solar project sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong proficiency in solution selling, tailoring product offerings to meet diverse client needs. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to build and maintain effective networking channels to facilitate business opportunities and partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of solar energy technologies and the industry's evolving landscape.
  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations, showcasing product features and benefits effectively.
  • Experience in project sales, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Familiarity with engineering procurement construction (EPC) processes in the context of solar installations.
