Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for a full-time mid-level position located in Karnal, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Hisar, Fatehabad, and Sirsa. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors. As a sales executive, you will represent Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in a highly competitive market, ensuring the promotion of our diverse range of high-quality products. This role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in primary sales with the ability to meet and exceed set targets effectively.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to promote our LED lights, fans, wires, and switches effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in retail sales, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and maintain strong client relationships.
- Must have skills: dealer appointment (Mandatory skill), distributer appointment (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve collective sales goals.
- Strong communication skills to convey product benefits and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends and customer preferences to maintain competitive edge.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company objectives in designated regions.
- Appointment and management of dealers and distributors, ensuring a comprehensive network coverage.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and gain insights into competitor activities.
- Maintain and expand customer base by building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate Sturlite products at client meetings, trade fairs, and events.
- Prepare reports on sales, potential new markets, and customer feedback to guide future strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to enhance product reach.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.
