Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Sales Executive to join our team at Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. in the Full-Time capacity. The successful candidate will work from locations including Chennai, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Sonipat, Panipat, Kurukshetra, and Kaithal.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in primary sales processes and achievement of sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in LED product sales and associated industry knowledge.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert them into successful sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional skills in dealer appointment (Mandatory skill) to expand the supplier network.
  • Proficiency in distributor appointment (Mandatory skill) to ensure product availability and distribution.
  • Good understanding of market trends and ability to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and develop new business relationships to expand market reach.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Continuously monitor and report on competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare monthly sales forecasts.
