Job Title : Marketing Coordinator

Location : Seshadripuram, Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for handling product artwork designs, marketing creatives, product catalogues, and coordinating various marketing and operational activities. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, depots, vendors, and regulatory departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and product compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Creative Development

• Revamp and develop LED product artworks from existing designs.

• Create artworks and stickers for switchgear and distribution boards.

• Design switches outcarton packaging designs.

• Prepare product price lists for lighting, wires, and switchgear (depot-wise where applicable).

• Design product schemes and promotional materials for lighting, wires, and switchgear.

• Create special discount posters and promotional creatives.

• Develop in-shop branding materials and display designs.

• Design product display boards for retail and dealer outlets.

• Create creatives for dealer meetings, nukkad meetings, invitations, and promotional displays.

• Design and maintain professional product catalogues.

• Coordinate and prepare MRP update stickers for trade and e-commerce products.

2. Marketing Coordination & Implementation

• Manage product uploads and authorization on GeM portal.

• Coordinate with GS1 for barcode validation and product image uploads.

• Handle WhatsApp message broadcasting depot-wise for product promotions and festival campaigns.

• Generate and manage QR codes for the Sturlite Loyalty Program.

• Handle customer queries related to the Sturlite Loyalty Program.

• Coordinate procurement, purchase orders, and payments for scheme gift items.

• Maintain and monitor marketing material stock (batten stands, sample boards, bags, T-shirts, catalogues, etc.) and initiate reorders.

• Coordinate product videos including lineup planning and storyboard preparation.

• Plan monthly product lineup and feature lists for social media storyboards based on available inventory.

• Coordinate with Legal Metrology Department, inspectors, and depot partners for products under inspection and compliance matters.

Required Skills

• Graphic design and marketing creative development

• Knowledge of product packaging and artwork preparation

• Understanding of barcode systems (GS1) and online portals like GeM

• Marketing material planning and inventory management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, or related field

• Experience in FMEG / Electrical / Lighting industry preferred

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
