We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to support our solar project sales efforts. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, email coordination, and effective communication with potential customers to promote solar solutions and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and online research
• Conduct outbound calls to potential residential and/or commercial clients
• Follow up on inquiries received through websites, campaigns, and referrals
• Coordinate sales communication via email, phone.
• Understand customer needs and present suitable solar solutions
• Schedule meetings or site visits for the field sales/technical team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to achieve targets
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead conversion goals
• Prior experience in solar, renewable energy, or EPC sales
• Knowledge of residential or commercial solar projects.
