We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a crucial, high-impact role focused on the initial stages of the sales process: generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with 1-2 years of experience who is ready to learn and develop a long-term career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Qualification
· Outbound Prospecting: Strategically utilize cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify and initiate contact with potential customers in our target market.
· Lead Qualification: Conduct high-volume qualification calls to assess a prospect's needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
· High-Volume Engagement: Execute a high volume of outbound activities (50+ touches daily) including cold calls, personalized emails, and social touches to initiate conversations and generate interest.
· Qualifying Needs: Conduct structured initial discovery calls, utilizing active listening and strategic questioning techniques to identify the prospect’s current challenges and pain points relevant to our solution.
· Messaging & Pitch Delivery: Effectively articulate the company's value proposition and deliver a concise, compelling pitch that resonates with the prospect's needs.
· Inbound Lead Generation: Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract a clearly defined audience. Social Media Engaging your audience and promoting content on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram.
· Website Optimization: Ensuring your website has clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and user-friendly forms.
