Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Human Resources Executive to join our team in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This is a full-time position requiring 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR activities, ensuring a smooth workflow within the department.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the daily attendance of employees.
  • Providing Attendance input to Payroll for salary processing
  • Leave Card maintenance.
  • Updating the Leaves of all the employees as per the Leave policy of the Company.
  • Ownership – GreytHR and Matrix Software
  • Coordinating with the employees and HOD’s for collecting the Overtime details.
  • Ensure over Time details are given to payroll on time.
  • Vendor and Contract Labor management.
  • Pre and post recruitment formalities, documentation, new employee induction and
  • Onboarding process.
  • Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval.
  • Enter new hires into the payroll system.
  • Independently coordinate and communicate with all internal groups, hiring managers, and external parties (as required).
  • Interacts closely with staff and handles the grievances and escalates to next level as
  • and when required.
  • Other Admin Activities.
  • Ensuring Factory premises should be kept in clean and hygiene.
  • Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Undertakes any other responsibility as assigned by HR team based on need.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR having 2-4 years of experience.
  • Preferably from Electrical/Electronic Industry.
