Job Overview

Sturlite Electric Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Collection Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience in collections or a related field. As a Collection Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring timely recovery of debts while maintaining strong customer relations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the collection of outstanding debts from clients to ensure timely payments.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients to facilitate debt recovery.
• Maintain detailed records of collection activities, communications, and payment arrangements.
• Analyze delinquent accounts and implement strategies to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to coordinate collection efforts and align objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status, outstanding balances, and recovery rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all collection activities.
