Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Raipur location. The role is full-time and ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in managing petty cash transactions and ensuring accurate records (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in processing and managing E-Way Bills (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in handling purchase and sales invoices with accuracy (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to prepare and manage debit notes efficiently for financial adjustments.
• Competence in handling credit notes for customer adjustments with attention to detail.
• Experience in preparing and managing good receipt notes (GRN) accurately.
• Proficiency in vendor and bank reconciliation to ensure correct financial statements.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP for financial management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and reconcile petty cash and handle cash management tasks.
• Ensure accurate preparation and submission of E-Way Bills as per regulations.
• Accurately process and record purchase and sales invoices for financial transparency.
• Prepare and manage debit and credit notes and maintain timely reconciliations.
• Handle good receipt notes (GRN) and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform vendor and bank reconciliations at regular intervals to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
