Qubis Design Studio is seeking a highly creative and motivated Mid-Level Architect to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will contribute to a variety of projects from the initial design phase through to completion, ensuring the delivery of innovative and functional design solutions that meet our high standards and exceed client expectations. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 1.5 to 5 years of professional experience in architecture or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop highly creative and functional design solutions.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision throughout all stages of project development.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for the creation of detailed architectural drawings.
• Experience with SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for the development of compelling presentations and renderings.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative and functional design concepts, from initial stages to final presentation.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and renderings in SketchUp for client presentations.
• Prepare high-quality visual presentations and renderings using Adobe Photoshop.
• Oversee the preparation of construction documentation and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with the design intent.
• Review and approve materials, shop drawings, and samples to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
• Conduct meetings with clients to discuss project objectives, needs, and budget constraints, ensuring their vision is realized in the final design.
