1.  Coordinating all Kerala modular kitchen and interior works from enquiry to work completion.  
2. Track all the leads obtained by the Manufacturers and Trade Partners and do the needful for their successful conversion. This includes find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign the purchase order, collecting payments and resolving overdue bills if any. Weekly 3 Franchise Outlet should be visited. ·        
3. Support and guide the Franchisee Partners to set up the center as per the operations guide/manual ·       
4.  Attending Showroom customers and explains regarding the retail business & interior projects that our company is is engaged with. 
5. Ensure necessary training to the staffs and proper working of the sales team to achieve the set goals of the comnpany and Franchise Outlets. ·        
6. Prepare Business Proposals to potential candidates, develop sales and marketing tools, and work out on sales promotional activities. ·        
7. Visiting Architects and Consultants, deals with, to promote our services and products. ·        
8. Utilize our infrastructure, experience, goodwill and supporting team to multiply our business and achieve more career growth for your future development. ·
