in Administration, Configuration and Implementation of different Zoho applications

Handling Independent Projects with demonstration to clients.

Location- Navsari, Gujarat (On-site only)

Job Description:

1) Zoho Developer/Creator:

• Experience of working in numerous consulting projects in various business domains.
• Solid understanding of ZOHO integrated ecosystem
• Expertise in ZOHO Deluge, API integration with internal ZOHO apps, integration with ZOHO creator & Experience with other web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to customize and administer ZOHO modules such as ZOHO Creator, ZOHO CRM, Projects, People, Recruit, & Analytics to meet & improve business requirements.
• Analyze the business solution to identify and develop areas of improvement. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ZOHO applications.
• You will demonstrate various ZOHO product's capabilities to prospective customers. Configure and build capabilities into the product based on requirements and deliver projects for customers.

2) Zoho CRM/Desk:

• Excellent experience with ZOHO CRM (configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.
• Maintain strong customer service focus to successfully interact with end-users and peer teams.
• Contact support teams to assist with incident resolution regarding system outage.
• Proficient with HTML5 / CSS3, jQuery / AngularJS, or any other Client-side Frameworks, PHP Integration and SQL related Tasks.
• A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.

3) Zoho Finance:

• Zoho Finance training to clients and in house team members
• Data migration from various softwares to Zoho.
• Learning, taking training of new modules of zoho and participating in

the projects related to non-finance application as well

• Giving demonstration of zoho products to the prospects/clients/team
• Finalizing, reviewing, correcting of accounting done by team or client on

Zoho finance application

• Income tax, GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC compliances through Zoho application.

4) Zoho Analytics:

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports within
• Zoho Analytics to provide accurate and meaningful insights to

stakeholders.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked and reported.
• Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to extract insights and

answer business questions.

• Solid knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience in data integration, data transformation, and data modeling

using Zoho Analytics.

5) Zoho People:

• Responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho People system to streamline HR processes and

enhance employee management including onboarding, off boarding,

• time and attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Develop and implement automation workflows, custom forms, and custom functions within Zoho People to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Exposure to setting up / managing HRMS Application in multiple countries preferred if require. Ability to conceptualize and implement HR Projects.
• Have implemented HR Dashboards for Executive Decision Management Support and Services and formulated and rolled out HR Analytics projects.
