Location- Navsari, Gujarat (On-site only) Job Description: 1) Zoho Developer/Creator: <ul><li>Experience of working in numerous consulting projects in various business domains.</li><li>Solid understanding of ZOHO integrated ecosystem</li><li>Expertise in ZOHO Deluge, API integration with internal ZOHO apps, integration with ZOHO creator &amp; Experience with other web-based technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Ability to customize and administer ZOHO modules such as ZOHO Creator, ZOHO CRM, Projects, People, Recruit, &amp; Analytics to meet &amp; improve business requirements.</li><li>Analyze the business solution to identify and develop areas of improvement. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for ZOHO applications.</li><li>You will demonstrate various ZOHO product's capabilities to prospective customers. Configure and build capabilities into the product based on requirements and deliver projects for customers.</li></ul> 2) Zoho CRM/Desk: <ul><li> Excellent experience with ZOHO CRM (configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.</li><li> Maintain strong customer service focus to successfully interact with end-users and peer teams. </li><li> Contact support teams to assist with incident resolution regarding system outage. </li><li> Proficient with HTML5 / CSS3, jQuery / AngularJS, or any other Client-side Frameworks, PHP Integration and SQL related Tasks. </li><li>A creative business mind with an understanding of CRM operations and usability.</li></ul> 3) Zoho Finance: <ul><li> Zoho Finance training to clients and in house team members </li><li>Data migration from various softwares to Zoho.</li><li>Learning, taking training of new modules of zoho and participating in</li></ul> the projects related to non-finance application as well<ul><li> Giving demonstration of zoho products to the prospects/clients/team</li><li>Finalizing, reviewing, correcting of accounting done by team or client on</li></ul> Zoho finance application<ul><li>Income tax, GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC compliances through Zoho application.</li></ul> 4) Zoho Analytics: <ul><li>Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports within</li><li>Zoho Analytics to provide accurate and meaningful insights to</li></ul> stakeholders.<ul><li>Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to be tracked and reported.</li><li> Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to extract insights and</li></ul> answer business questions.<ul><li>Solid knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.</li><li> Experience in data integration, data transformation, and data modeling</li></ul> using Zoho Analytics. 5) Zoho People: <ul><li> Responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho People system to streamline HR processes and</li></ul> enhance employee management including onboarding, off boarding,<ul><li>time and attendance, leave management, and employee records.</li><li>Develop and implement automation workflows, custom forms, and custom functions within Zoho People to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Exposure to&nbsp;setting up / managing HRMS Application in multiple countries preferred if require.
