● Organizing catalogs and Products during the Training Session
● Planning training based on competency mapping for the internal employee.
● Co-ordinate to update the contents for E-Magazine.
● Evaluation of Software requirements for HR as when required.
● Planning and executing different events every month.
● Co-ordination with the submission of forms before due date.
● Collating Employee feedback on the appraisal process
● One to One discussion with the appraiser.
● Executing the Rewards and Recognizing Policy of the organisation.
● Collection of the data in soft copy and filing of PF, PT and ESIC
