Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive user interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences. This position requires a strong background in Figma and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

● 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behaviors and needs.

● Analyze data to create user personas, journey maps, and usability reports.

● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to enhance user experiences.

● Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with business objectives.

● Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless design process.

● Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback for improvements.

● Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to refine designs and improve usability.

● Work with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.

● Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design.

Qualifications

● Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role.

● Proficiency in Figma is a must for designing, prototyping, and collaboration.

● Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision is a plus but not required.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

● Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on research insights.

● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

● Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines is preferred.

● Familiarity with UX research tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms is an advantage.
