<ol><li>Job Description(Roles &amp; Responsibilities): </li><li class="ql-indent-1">Responsible for Implementation/Execution of the Project(manufacturing facility).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Installation &amp; Commissioning of all Machineries, Equipments, Utilities, Piping, Mechanical, Engineering &amp; preferably Electrification, Automation, etc.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Machineries: Reactors, filters, Resin columns, Nano-filtration, Spray Drier, Crystallizers, Distillation, Fermenters, Centrifuge, Vessels, Auto-clave, motors/pumps, etc.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Utilities: Boiler, MVR, ATFD, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling tower, RO, Fire, etc.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Planning and carrying out schedule/routine maintenance of all machinery, utilities &amp; ensure safety(5S) &amp; as per GMP standards. Proactively develop systems to do so.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure good working of all machineries at all times. Diagnosing faults. Give suggestions with Improvement in Machinery, its working &amp; efficiency.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Responding to emergencies.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Keeping records &amp; history of faults and maintenance.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Team Management &amp; team Training.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Budgeting. Managing required Inventory.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Supervising contractors, engineering and technical team.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Creating &amp; Maintenance Procedures &amp; SOPs.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ of all machineries &amp; equipments. </li><li>Job(factory) Location: Bavla(near Ahmedabad)</li><li>Candidate Profile:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Experience with Installation &amp; Commissioning of Utilities, Machineries, Piping, Fabrication, etc.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Minimum 10 years working experience in Projects &amp; Maintenance at ground level in API or Chemical Industry.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Good knowledge &amp; understanding of engineering, mechanical &amp; some knowledge of electrical.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Extremely proactive &amp; initiative taker.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Physically fit, non-smoker or tobacco chewing.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Age: Preferably 30-40yrs, but not more than 45.</li><li>Key Skills:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Knowledge, Proficiency &amp; understanding of engineering, mechanical &amp; preferably electrical.
