Roles And Responsibilities  

1. To explore and target new business leads and opportunities in Web Design &  Development/ Mobile app domain through different channels. 
2. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write ups/ messages. 
3. Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients. 
4. Manage the lead generation team, motivate them and support them for qualified leads. 
5. Understand project requirements and prepare detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions,  and negotiations, propose project budgeting closing the sales and handing over the  client to the delivery team. 

Requirements 

1. Should have 3+ years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project, acquisition & closing. 
2. Should have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile Apps technologies trending today.  Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions. 
3. Should possess strong negotiation skills. 
4. Must have experience with handling a team. 
5. Should have excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication, especially with overseas clients. 
6. Should be self-motivated to meet sales target regularly. 
7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
