Roles And Responsibilities 

1. To explore and target new business leads and opportunities in Web Design & Development/ Mobile App domain through different channels. 
2. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages. 
3. Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients. 
4. Manage the lead generation team, motivate them and support them for qualified leads.
5. Understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, propose project budgeting close the sales, and hand over the client to the delivery team.

Requirements 

1. Should have 4+ years of experience in Web Development & Mobile Apps project, acquisition & closing. 
2. Should have sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile Apps technologies trending today.  Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions. 
3. Should possess strong negotiation skills. 
4. Must have experience with handling a team. 
5. Should have excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication, especially with overseas clients. 
6. Should be self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly. 
7. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  

Location : Noida Sector 2 (Nearest Metro Station 15)

Working Days : 5.5 (2nd and 4th Saturday OFF)
