Job Overview


Stellen Infotech is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position located in Mohali, Punjab, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry players
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of web development, digital marketing, and IT services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key industry players
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets
  • Present company services and solutions to prospects and clients
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry developments and recommend strategies to drive business growth
