· Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments.
· Manage all incoming and outgoing communications.
· Organizing travel and itineraries.
· Organizing and planning meetings.
· Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.
· Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized.
· Only Hubli-Dharwad people preferable.
· 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous..
· Salary as per market standards.
· Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
· Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills.
