Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:

  1. Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
  2. Managing online and phone reservations
  3. Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data
  4. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  5. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  6. Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  7. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  8. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
