Key Responsibility - Job Description

 Well-versed with Microsofts development stack and various frameworks Knowledge & Skills

 Azure Cloud Maintenance and Migration

 Understand and can apply SOLID principles

 Cloud Deployment and well versed with repositories such as TFS, Git, SVN

 Contribute and be part of the Azure DevOps team and automate CI/CD.

 Monitoring Azure resources, reviewing and recommending automation, and building cost

efficiencies.

 Resolve issues queue in accordance with cloud services standards to ensure cases are

resolved in a timely manner.

 Provide a quality customer experience through all interactions.

 Analyze and troubleshoot complex solution issues to determine the root cause.

 Enhance and develop infrastructure/configuration management to be scalable, robust, and

redundant.

 Work with Product Management and Software Development staff to deliver software to

production.

 Track issue resolution status and participate in stand-up meetings.

 Drive day-to-day internal technical operations.

 Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
