Job Description:
Required Abilities and Accreditation:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree
· 1 – 3 years experience in International voice process (Sales / BD Added Advantage)
· Demonstrate ability to sell,
· Individual contributor
· Coherent communicator
· Ready to work in US shifts
· Salary Slab up to 35k based on the experience and Interview performance

· Job Location: Guindy Chennai
Job Functions / Responsibilities:
· Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
· Generate leads and Follow up on new leads and referrals
· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
· Prepare RFP- pricing proposals and sales contracts
· Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
· Identify revenue opportunities during the initial discovery stage and potential ramp-up
· Create a pipeline and provide projections and frequent updates with status reports
· Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
through phone, email and Various social media sites
· Regularly present your goals, forecasts, and outcomes to the Global Head- Sales
· Improve and optimize our current lead generation and sales funnel processes.
· Create and own a lead nurturing strategy focused on net-new customers.
· Work closely with the Global Head Sales to come up with ideas to penetrate the market
· Support the efforts of the company’s sales organization
· Develop integrated, multi-touch plans that align with business goals around acquiring new Clients
· Create and own a lead nurturing strategy focused on obtaining new customers.
· Optimum utilization of the sales leads generated, and to ensure that all leads are current

• Prior experience with EMR / EHR systems / Billing and Coding services / RCM (End to End Billing Services)
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
