Skills: Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any International Voice – customer support. Inbound or Outbound

Job Summary:

A CSA in this role deals with making outbound calls to customers for various process-related tasks. The associate provides appropriate solutions to the customer while providing a high level of customer service and accurate information.
