Headhunting &amp; LinkedIn hiring.</li><li>Identify the right match according to requirement, Study the resume deeply, and understand the reason for change.</li><li>Initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background.</li><li>Salary negotiation with the short-listed candidates.</li><li>Handle the queries, give briefing &amp; identify the missing gaps and finally shortlist the candidate.</li><li>Formulating &amp; modification of HR policies.</li><li>Handling various HR reports (HR dashboard, Headcount report, survey analysis).</li><li>Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.</li></ul>
