- Assist with any number of office visits to address legal queries and provide guidance.
- Litigation and Dispute Resolution:
- Represent the company in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Handle cases involving contracts, safety compliance, customer disputes, or intellectual property.
- • Ensure timely filing of legal documentation and compliance with court deadlines.
- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure all agreements align with company interests and legal standards.
- Compliance:
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the elevator industry.
- Implement compliance programs and provide training to employees on legal matters.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all legal documents and cases.
- Prepare reports for management on legal proceedings and compliance updates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to address legal aspects of the business.
- Provide support in drafting policies and procedures related to safety, customer service, and employee relations.
