Position: Business Analyst (Technical/Scrum Master)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background and Scrum Master expertise. Candidates with US Healthcare experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies.
• Analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Oversee project backlogs and drive the delivery of key product features.
• Review and interpret technical documentation.
• Engage effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Preferred: Experience in the US Healthcare sector.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 1 month preferred.
