Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for our Real Estate division based in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales with a maximum of 10 years.
- Proven experience in client relationship management (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of real estate law (Mandatory skill).
- Expertise in property valuation (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals effectively.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Excellent team leadership skills to manage and motivate the sales team.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms for the company and clients.
