Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills (mandatory skill) with the ability to close high-value deals and build long-term relationships.
  • Proficient in market analysis (mandatory skill) to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate law (mandatory skill) to ensure compliance and guide clients through legal procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively, delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Expertise in property valuation, ensuring accurate assessments and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Strong networking skills to build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and potential clients.
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Proficiency in contract management, ensuring all transactions are conducted legally and ethically.
