Job Description: Automation Engineer (Java & Selenium)

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Location: Gurugram, India

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office)

Contract Duration: 6 to 18 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in Java and Selenium to join our dynamic team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automation frameworks and scripts for web applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.

2. Analyze functional requirements and design comprehensive test scripts.

3. Execute automated test cases, identify bugs, and report defects.

4. Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to enhance test coverage.

5. Optimize and enhance existing test scripts for performance and reliability.

6. Document test results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

7. Stay updated on the latest automation tools and best practices.

Required Skills:

1. Proficient in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.

2. Strong understanding of TestNG or Junit, Maven, and Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.

3. Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.

4. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
