Experience: 1 Year

Shift Timing: 9 AM TO 6 PM

Work: 6 Days Working.

Preparation of offer letter, appointment letter, internship letter, Salary slip, Payroll

Perform employee on-boarding and plan training & development

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

Handle employee queries, grievances & leave management, performance review

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict- free workplace

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Employee Attrition and Retention Management

Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/ development.

Manage staff relationships, promptly respond to queries and manage expectations

Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements

Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

Work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/ development.

Conduct employee engagement activities like birthdays, fun activities etc.

Skills Requirements:

Past experience as HR Generalist

General human resources policies and procedures understanding

Knowledge of MS Office

Excellent communication and people skills

Problem- solving Aptitude

Results driven approach
