Job Overview

SS POCT LLP is seeking a motivated Stores Dispatch Helper to join our team at our Thane location. This is a full-time, junior-level position, suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The candidate will assist with daily dispatch activities, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of orders and maintenance of inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Proficient in order processing, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Proficiency in packaging and labeling to ensure all shipments meet company standards and regulations (Mandatory skill).
• Basic data entry skills to maintain accurate records of dispatch operations (Mandatory skill).
• Effective time management skills to ensure timely processing and dispatch of all orders (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the dispatch department, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure stock levels are sufficient for outgoing orders.
• Package and label all outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area to facilitate efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise within the dispatch operation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to dispatch and inventory processes.
