Main Accountabilities
Reviews of PM, EAC to be done on time
Tracking project profitability and margin improvement status
Audit for Project Schedule, actual Status, Billing & Payment
OEF Accuracy. Increase accuracy of PQA to OEF conversion. Use manpower estimation techniques for software and Engineering.
Preparation of cash flow at start of project, Monitoring & Auditing
LD cases allowed only maximum INR per year
Training & Auditing use of PM & CRM Tools to various stakeholders
Creating Manpower forcast for upcoming project, validating manpower requirements and provide data to engineering, software, services team
Provide feedback to CRM team for effort estimation and improve accuracy of effort estimation.
Coordination between PM/Sales/CRM for Key accounts and Auditing performance of PM in key account management
Documentation , Basic design , application, FAT, SAT
Escalation of project critical stage to Management. Conducting regular MRM
Contribution in Creating SOPs & Manuals
Certification Clearance.
Challenges

Maintaining strong Inter Coordination synchronization .
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Degree Or Diploma in Engineering or Technology
Minimum 1 years of experience in coordination.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
