 Coordinate with vertical team, product manager to finalize features of product.

 Responsible for goal setting and achievement for team goals

 Training and skill implant with coordination of trainer

 Improve quality of development by continuous review of code and implement best practices.

 Total experience of 5 year or more

 Working experience as developer for at-least 3 years.

 At-least one full product development lifecycle from start to end.

 Team Management of 4 to 6 people.

 Product development related to data processing / Logic handling / Workflow / MES / Batching

 Microsoft Technology based product experience.

 Mfg. related experience either as software related to Mfg or automation would be plus.

 Azure / data warehousing / Automation related product would be plus.

Knowledge, Skills

 Very good working knowledge

o C#, C++ or VB.net

o .Net web technology ASP / ASP.net / MVC / CORE

o Microsoft SQL Server OR MySQL

 Good knowledge of

o Java script / jQuery / Angular / React

o Analytics of data i.e. In Memory OLTP / Power BI / Tablue or similar

 Plus

o Any communication protocols

o IIoT protocols like MQTT understanding

o Mobile application development or design
