Job Type: Full-time and on-roll Employee

Salary: CTC - Up to 3.80 LPA + Incentive + Travelling Allowance

Job Description Responsibilities of the Field Marketing Manager

Job Description:

              The candidate for this position will excel at “creating and closing new opportunities."

MARKETING|SALES|BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT responsibilities include:

Ø Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Ø Travel to the client’s place/site is compulsory. It can be either inter-city,

 Intra-state or inter-state.

Ø Follow up with clients & Market Intelligence

Ø Report to the management team or immediate head on a daily basis.

Ø A detailed account of the expenses has to be given to the finance team on a weekly basis.

Ø If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through face-to-face interaction, phone and email, we’d like to meet you.

 

Qualification:

Ø Minimum education qualification - Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree.

Ø Hold on to regional Languages and Good Conversable English.

Ø Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Sales Executive/ Manager or similar role.

Ø Proven record of successful deals closed in B2B sales.

Ø Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.

Ø Great command of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools.

Ø Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Critical thinker, Team player and problem-solving skills.
