Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Field Sales Manager to join our team at our Bangalore office, with a focus on both Bangalore Rural and Bangalore Urban areas. This full-time role involves leading sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of our seating solutions projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in CRM Software (Mandatory skill) alongside other critical sales and management skills.
- Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in CRM Software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Salesforce for effective management of sales and customer service operations.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to assess sales trends and derive actionable insights.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team towards achieving strategic goals.
- Expert negotiation abilities to reach favorable terms with clients and suppliers.
- Experience in team management to oversee diverse teams and drive successful outcomes.
