- Translate client requirements and specifications into detailed designs.
- Use CAD and other design software to create 2D and 3D models.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options.
- Testing and Analysis:
- Perform simulations, stress tests, and other analyses to ensure designs meet performance and safety standards.
- Evaluate the usability, environmental impact, and safety of designs.
- Conduct prototype testing and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
- Communicate design concepts, specifications, and progress to clients and team members.
- Document design processes and create technical reports.
- Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges.
- Develop solutions to improve product performance and manufacturability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
