Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Sales Person. This role will primarily involve greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance at the reception desk. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, recommending suitable plants and gardening products, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting plants and gardening supplies based on their requirements and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field (BSc Agriculture preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
  • Passion for plants, gardening, and outdoor living.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
