Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in Taleo Recruitment, On boarding and Offboarding implementation experience
- Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Taleo HCM and solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.
- Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules
- Taleo Recruitment
- Taleo Onboarding and Offboarding
- Good to have the knowledge on below modules
- Fusion Core HR
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
· Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
